ANNUAL NATIONAL PRAYERS ORGANISED BY:
RECONCILIATION MISSION INTERNATIONAL
Reconciliation Mission International desirously continues to focus very closely with concern on what is going on in the body of Christ and the Country at large. In 2005 having visited several churches sharing about the prayer altar and the prayer meetings conducted in homes, shops, offices, communities and regions the Lord instructed me to gather the whole country for Annual National Prayers.
“Then the Lord said to Moses, go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow and let them wash their clothes. And let them be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down upon Exodus 19:10-20.
“Now therefore, send and gather all Israel to me then Elijah said to all people, “come near to me” so all the people came near to him, and he repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down (1Kings 18:19, 30).
There is no way we can have the same mind (Phillips 2:5), love for each other and our Nation or come to the unity of faith (Ephesians 4:13) unless we unanimously pray together with the same purpose and cause.
Objectives of the National Annual Prayer Convention
To re-activate and rejuvenate of our covenant commitment, adoration, humbleness, love, and submission as a whole nation to God and cause the manifestation of His glory by renouncing and stopping demonic evil acts in the country (1kings 18:30-40, 2Chronicles 15:12, 2 Chronicles 7:14)
To create an atmosphere of National Prayer awareness and concern about National issues (Jeremiah 29:9 strategic corporate prayers)
To provide God’s people an environment through which they can have personal encounter with Jesus.
To reconcile (gather) the scattered body of Christ to come into unity of faith (Ephesians 4:13)
